[packaging] unversioned Walkabout style assets jumbled #199

According to an internal bug report, the path and bike interlays referenced by https://mapzen.com/carto/walkabout-style/walkabout-style.yaml are out of date – they reference the old icons style, which is generating warnings (and no icons) when that URL is loaded. While the .zip version looks ok.
