staging a complete order #8

Staging an order that has already been received does nothing. This can be bad for user experience as there is no response from the software. There should instead be a status message stating that order is complete, there are no further stages,

Thank you for your suggestion. However, this is only a 'can-be-better' feature, which is lower priority than bugs we fixed in v1.4.
