What's this PR does?

Update
- code styles and formatting
- target- and compile-sdk to 30
- gradle and android dependencies
- dev-dependencies
- project-version to v1.5.1
Fix
- readme
- ios build by adding podfile
- ForegroundServiceStartNotAllowedException on Android 12
Add
- foreground service type to startForeground()
- command line builds for ios and android as test

in package.json replace

build android app on device with Android 12
do whatever is necessary to cause #400

Please test this version. This is a guess-fix, as I cannot reproduce the error by myself.
