Trying to replicate this work from the raw data stage but not sure exactly how the data was processed.
In the paper, it is stated that New York City was split into a 10x20 grid, with each grid cell being roughly 1km x 1km. The dataset extends way beyond a 10km by 20km span however, so I'm wondering between which Latitude and Longitude points the city was bounded by.
