支持ssr吗？ #4

由于这个功能的本事是在拦截器里面将请求的远程模块下载到本地，所以理论上应该是支持ssr的，可能需要改造一下插件的configureServer和load两个钩子来适配一下ssr，等我有时间了测试一下
