[Feature]: I hope tdl can download sticker, which is a dynamic picture #174

Description

Hopefully tdl can download sticker.

Currently, dynamic images only support downloading GIFs, but they do not support downloading stickers, which will be automatically skipped.

I found out how to use it, it is indeed possible, and there is no need to reply to me.
