2 使用forward之后不知道为什么不上传

我没装Rclone会影响我的这个转发功能吗?因为我只是下载到本地再到收藏夹,不到网盘.

或者帮我看下命令是否有问题,拜托!

下载跳过了导致无法转发

2 请帮忙看一下 这个下载速度很快 但是上传速度很慢,是因为什么呢 我是手机开的热点,是上传带宽不够还是什么原因呢
