even though the content page of the UG allow users to navigate by the hyperlinks but there is no way for me to get back to the top of the page if im at the bottom. can consider adding hyperlinks to the bottom of every page to allow users to navigate back to the top

The scrollbar at the side of the pdf app or webpage allows the user to navigate to the top instantly.

Adding hyperlinks to the bottom of every page will only complicate layout and resulting misclicks can cause frustration to the user.

This is a suggested feature that is not in the scope of our project and can lead to issues after implementation without significant benefits. Therefore, we will have no plans to implement this feature.
