Note: I have not tested this because I have been unable to get octobot to build with and without this change.

@matthauck Hey, what do you know, cargo build and cargo test work just fine. I just pushed a commit that adds a test.

@matthauck Ping. I don't know anything about Some checks haven’t completed yet, but it doesn't seem like it's building.
