Drop "jira versions enabled" checkbox: unused and confusing.

Neato. The way I read this is you are able to specify a per repo version script in octobt. Am I missing where we configure a monorepo to contain multiple repos?

Yup. That is precisely correct! There is a screenshot above that shows an "Add JIRA" button for adding multiple jira projects per git repo.
