When adding a new Jira project to a repo, prepend it to the top of the list to prevent having to scroll down to see new project.

Closes #270

Hey! Thanks for the PR.

Open to ideas here, but personally I would expect that new things that get added go at the bottom rather than at the top. 🤔

seems like the build is frozen. I'm gonna push an empty commit to see if I can kick it off again.
