Fix big html error page on JIRA login failure #333

Did some local testing, login errors now look like this: 

Error: Error authenticating to JIRA: HTTP status client error (401 Unauthorized) for url (https://jira/rest/auth/1/session). Response body: {"errorMessages":["Login failed"],"errors":{}}
