Widen build window, deal with amounts >1M #118

Widens the build window slightly to accommodate the largest resource in CRP ("SpecializedParts" at 16 letters; "RocketParts" is only 11) and amounts up to 1,000,000. For amounts over 1 million, write it as "x.xx M"
