KIS Marked As Requirement/Dependency In CKAN #154

Hi! I'm trying to install this via CKAN, like every other mod, but it won't allow the installation without also installing Kerbal Inventory System, despite KIS being listed as optional in the documentation for Extraplanetary Launchpads. If this mod can function without KIS, then KIS should be marked as Recommended instead of Depends in CKAN.

I don't have anything to do with EL's CKAN listing. KIS should be in the recommended/suggested rather than required list, as EL does indeed work without KIS, just not the survey system (pads and micro-pad only).
