Feature Request - in game ability to set spawnoffset(s)

Currently can set spawnOffset and SpawnHeightOffset via part config in module ELTarget, ELLaunchpad. Would be nice to be able to set a 'master' via game settings, and or a per part spawnOffset/SpawnHeightOffset via PAW/RMB/gui. 👍
