Per our conversation, kindly add code to specify location of the button bar icons for the below icons:

ExtraplanetaryLaunchpads\Textures\ELGenericCraftThumb.png
ExtraplanetaryLaunchpads\Textures\icon_button.png ~ ExtraplanetaryLaunchpads\Textures\icon_filter_n.png~ ~ ExtraplanetaryLaunchpads\Textures\icon_filter_s.png~

possibly in DefautSkin.cfg (KodeUI)

Two (filter icons) eliminated from list by updating icon paths in CCX patch.
