Launchpads not available in VAB or SPH #201

I'm having a major issue. The actual launchpads from the mod are not visible in either the VAB, SPH, or the tech tree. I'm on the latest ksp version, and I have module manager 4.2.2. I'll give my log if that helps. The mod is unusable due to the issue. I'm seeing the containers for the rocketparts and etc.. Just no actual pads. KSP.log

Can't help, but having same issue, in KSP 1.11.2 ver. 6.99.1
