[ ] add second batter bank (external to electronics cabinet) for more robust power supply during winter months:

4 x big batteries Battery bridge cable Weather proof box/enclosure Heavy battery cable (long low loss) Inline isolators

[x] replace GSM19 (absolute proton) cable: connector to electronics box is too tight fitting
[x] replace the faulty Raspberry Pi
[x] install new Q330 (with internal storage)

Battery bank load test outcome: Drawing approx. 60W continuous from full charge. It looks like they are about ½ capacity so not a good idea to parallel them up with a fresh set. Instead:

[x] Design a solution for increasing both the battery capacity and solar panel area

RIM team took over design and installation of improved power supply system.
