User story:
As a supporter of API observatory working for the USGS I need an alternative to the Apia .xml files I used to be able to access from the GeoNet ftp site so that I can compute the Apia baselines.
Background:
Bill Worthington, USGS, is collaborating with us on providing support to Apia. His part is to compute baselines from the weekly absolute measurements taken at Apia. He needs Apia continuous data from us to do so.
As part of decommissioning GeoNet STORE 1 and moving away from .raw & .txt files as input for geomag Data Analysis to using .csv files ("new system"; one file per component; still via GeoNet ftp) in 2019, the Apia .xml files that used to be made available by Mark Chadwick on the GeoNet ftp are no longer being produced as of a January 2020.
