API upgrades

NEXT (after API March 2018 visit):

• [x] prepare a RaspberryPI or laptop to display observatory data on the newly installed monitor in API office.

• [x] organise a GSM90F1 with internal GPS unit to exchange with the one at Apia: CAPEX? GfZ Potsdam?

• [x] Travel form approval: $1,700 ($1,00 airfare, $500 accomodation, ...)

• [x] Book flights: leave from Wellington on Tuesday 7th of May, at 06:15 landing in Apia at 13:30, and return on Thursday 9th of May leaving Apia at 14:50 and landing inn Wellington at 21:05. This provides a few hours in the afternoon of day 1 to get shown around and get your bearings, then have a full day for work (day 2) and if needed the morning of day 3 for fine tuning & last minute trouble shooting.

• [x] docs from 2018 Apia visit to Fabio (access to I:/ drive Apia folder)

• [x] 'new' (GFZ's) GSM90-F1 cable length ok? ~9 m needed.

• [x] Equipment to Fabio for testing.

• [ ] Daniel Whitaker: tips on how to feed cable through conduit?

• [x] inform Lameko & Aussitalia about visit

• [x] contact details to Fabio: Katie, Darren, Lameko, IT person

• [ ] pdf version of Apia wiki page to Fabio
