MonitorTracing: Input change via "Select Input" ContextMenu not activating Tracing... just blank. #146

On further testing, noted to just have a significant delay before the waveform scrolls onto the visible screen space.

On further testing, most significantly affects respiratory waveforms (RR, ETCO2) with ~10 second delay. Somewhat similar to real-life parameter/tracing activation on monitoring equipment, especially for ETCO2 calibration. Cardiac/pulsatile waveforms populate immediately, ~2 seconds until pulsatile tracing appears on screen.

Not really a problem at all- changing the labels and closing the issue as this does not impede functionality at all.
