Finished re-implementation of EFM draw functions (FHR_Rhythm)
Tweaked default Patient values; contractions 2 min apart, 30 sec dur
Adjusted FHR variability and contraction toco amplitude into numeric parameters

Removed leftover testing code, was made obsolete with last fix
