Add Menu Button ("Refresh") to Reload/Redraw Tracings #174

Add to Menu a MenuItem "Refresh" to trigger reloading and redrawing of Tracings Will be able to use to force reloading of any tracings having drawing issues (e.g. transitioning from asystole to sinus rhythm, etc.)

Will be usable as a fix for issue #165
