DeviceDefib: Add Viewboxes around Textblocks? #193

For resolution scaling, like DeviceIABP?

Tested- not necessary. Currently no clipping taking place, extra room for text available (e.g. for other languages). Adding in a ViewBox makes all the buttons' text have various font sizes with wild appearance.
