Patient Editor: Loading simulations triggers default vital sign range clamping. #25

Tested, found to be not true. Was actually a bug with Save/Load causing exceptions to crash the Load process, preventing triggering of updating vital signs from Load file to PatientEditor. Debugging of Save/Load fixed this issue in 2a8d3824ae3271a8f9df7f653920fb6a04ecd2d4
