When tag is too big and overflows, scrolling of the name cards is not allowed, and all information is displayed in a bigger card. I dont think this inconsistency is documented, so ill just put it here. For examplem, address is cut off in the example below as the line is too long and scrolling is disabled

The tag can support up to 40 to 50 characters, given tags are not meant to be many words.

 Issue duplicate status

Team chose to mark this issue as a duplicate of another issue (as explained in the Team's response above)

Reason for disagreement: For this bug, originally the user card is scrollable, but the long tag disables scrolling. For example, address is cut off in the example below as the line is too long and scrolling is disabled, so there is no way to see the whole address.

This is differnet from the other bug where long tags cuts off and does not allow the user to see the full tag.

## Issue response Team chose [`response.NotInScope`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** This is unintentional behavior, and a bug because as a user of the app, I can no longer scroll to find key information about my friends i stored in this app.
## Issue type Team chose [`type.FunctionalityBug`] Originally [`type.FeatureFlaw`] - [ ] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** [replace this with your explanation]
