Missing bullet point in UG - addCategory #13

Team's Response

Every other single command that describes the picture does not have a bullet point. Perhaps, due to the page break, when converting to PDF, causes the confusion.

The reason why the third command is different because it was a command to describe the picture being shown if the user were to follow the sequence of executing the commands from the beginning to the end of the UG. Hope this clarifies.
