Reason for disagreement: For the UG, I agree that it is a very low severity bug because the user can tell immediately from the first page that the application is ContactSh. However, for the DG, the first occurrence of ContactSh only appears on page 11. This will cause a minor inconvenience to new developers who will wonder if they received the correct DG, and this fact is not blatantly obvious from the first few pages of the DG.
