Make a project webpage describing Ridesio #116

We can create a website folder at the top level directory, and index will be the landing point for the website. There is a starter page at the link "https://tanjyy.github.io/ridesio/", we can update this to make something more useful/usable.

This can be built out of the tanjyy/tanjyy.github.io repo and linked to the www.ridesio.com domain
