Type of change

CI error from my previous PR has been fixed
new piece/board images added (Thanks to my brother)
pygame loop has been optimized by setting FPS to 60 (tutorial says 60 is a tradition, but we might be able to adjust it since the tempo in board games by nature is much slower)

Please describe the tests that you ran to verify that your changes are bug free. Provide instruction to reproduce the test.
