Description

Following changes were made:

Resolve paths to resources such as images and audio files using pkg_resources library
Add Github Actions workflow for building and deploying to PyPI

How has this been tested?

Github Actions CI

Hmm.. not sure why Github Actions still requires the old CI jobs. Closing this one as well for now since the issue remains.
