ref #21 fixes #20

clone Thrift git repo for sources
use automake to generate makefiles because we patch Makefile.am for Julia (needs automake to be installed already)
set pkgdir/deps as install prefix of all Thrift language plugins (to avoid needing sudo)
update travis to use BinDeps build, add coverage
