[BUG] - Truchet gets wrong when Simplied Chinese is used #505

Describe the bug

no matter what shape I use, the pattern is actually created by arc shape

Sample images and/or screenshots

The first one uses Chinese, the 2nd uses English. Please note I have clicked and chosen the same octangon shape already in 2 images. The following images just reveal what I have chosen, please don't think it wrong "you have not finished your choice, then the default arc is used".

Thank you for reporting this @retsyo ! You are absolutely correct - this tool is broken in languages other than en-US because I made a sloppy mistake and used localized strings for internal tool parameters, instead of non-localized strings.

I have fixed this and am uploading a new nightly build now. (It should be available in the next ~10 minutes or so.)
