[i18n problem] - I have created Japanese language file

I have created a Japanese localization file. I would like to contribute to the project, how can I do that?

The language file is attached to this issue.

I translated about 20% of it manually for short words, then did a batch translation at DeepL. After I reviewed the whole thing and manually corrected most of the puzzling translations and notational quirks, which are not perfect, but most of them are corrected.

I have applied and used this translation and it works almost without any discrepancies.
