Change name #9

It shouldn't be prefixed with ng- because that's reserved for angular. :-) obviously that's a breaking change. All the attributes should remove ng- too. 👍

I'm working on nz-toggle (2.0) right now. It's going to getting the nz- prefix we use at nozzle and dropping all other obnoxious prefixes as well.
