Can you help me run Strut offline #294

Hi I love strut, and I want to try and use it, but I need to do this offline locally on my desktop not on a server. I have downloaded the latest strut zip package, however it will not work locally.

When I run it using chrome or firefox, I get a light gray background displayed in the browser and nothing else. In the activity bar at the bottom of the browser it just says {Waiting.... ] I am guessing this is something to do with the HTML5 as the Javascript and CSS should be fine

Can someone help me out with this.

Which specific package (link?) did u take? What os ur using? Did you build it before trying to run it?

I get the feeling that I have made many mistakes here, so here goes I went to this page and clicked on Download Zip at the bottom right https://github.com/tantaman/Strut I am using Windows Vista (for my sins for now anyway) And No I did not build it before using it, I need some pointers there then for sure I used to be a solid software developer, then I had a stroke, so I make mistakes,but I am learning Your help is appreciated

That link points to the source, not the pre-built versions. I think this is the link, but I'm not sure.
