Duplicate contacts are not handled #4

Duplicate contacts with the same name and phone numbers can be created.

There should be some form of duplicate checking to protect the user from accidentally creating duplicates.

Team's Response

There is duplicate checking but it allows contacts with the same name, the rationale for which is explained in the DG. Moreover, it is possible for two contacts to share a departmental phone number.

Reason for disagreement: The rationale and constraints for duplicates should be explained in the UG instead of the DG. I was unaware that this was a feature till I read the DG.
