Thank you for raising this issue of missing punctuation, and in the future we will definitely be more careful with our punctuation. However, given the consistent partitions and spacing adopted in our Developer Guide, the missing period is unlikely to cause the reader any real difficulty in perusing and understanding our DG, hence we believe this to be a purely cosmetic issue, which would be more appropriately categorized under "Very-Low", as defined below, rather than "Low".
