need to add controls in Mica and ompf for

iNodeCamera
iNodeSwitch
iNodeLODSwitch
iNodeLODTrigger
optional iNodeLight

adding functionmality to Mica

outliner context menu create node on root level
load/unload active scene (context menu on scene in asset browser?)
automatically add resource to dictionary if it was created via asset browser context menu

maybe we have to break this down in to multiple tickets
