6 years ago Port 11211 seems not to be reachable from outside. After a first quick scan of the server, no unneeded TCP ports are open. I'll perform scan over the full range, as well as an UDP scan.
Anyway, an update is also a good idea, in general. (see issue #80 aka "the big update")
