Allow old courses to be visible #232

We were discussing in one of our board meetings to add the following feature to the course website: Visitors can view the courses from the last regular period (not workshops)

Reason: always show what we roughly offer, even in the holidays

Would be awesome, if this could be ready for September 16, when the Ersti-Bags are handed out and we might have new people checking out our website :)
