Create developer namespace only works for default. Anything else fails it. #11

The default value for developer namespace is "default". But the user changes it to something else eg:"dev-space" it is reported (in the slack channel) it developer NS fails to install.

Investigate and fix.

fixed. Added grep -w to find the exact name of the dev NS if exiting during ns creation.
