Schedule date is way off! #8

I scheduled two pages for 1 September, 2016 and the scheduling shows on the page index as 1 October, 2016. I tried changing and saving and it still shows it as a month in the future!

have you checked your server's time settings? do newly created posts have the correct date and time when you publish them?
