"Create single artifact" (at least for majtype = "tvseries") ends in API returning an Error 500, and the UI just throbbering. This needs to be thoroughly reviewed and made right.

While we're in here, let's make sure we're not duplicating an artifact. A "duplicate" would be an artifact that refers to the same path and filename as an existing artifact.
