Support for global secondary indexes #22

Hi Rakesh, this issue seems to be empty. I see you have a fork, was this maybe meant to be a PR?

I looked into the code and saw that there is no support of Global Secondary Indexes which I wanted for my project. I forked to add support for GSI. I will send you a pull request if I can complete it.
