Change Getting Started in readme to use DynamoDB Local #30

Hi Paul, thanks for this - much appreciated!

I'd suggest a small change though: could you perhaps add the extra info on DynamoDB local without removing the info that was already there? The local stuff's a good addition, but some folks might still prefer to experiment with an online account.
