Add clojars release shield #388

It looks like clojars is a common way to communicate the release, and it offers an easy copy-paste for the variety of dependency tracking solutions. This PR adds a link to the clojars page

@farcaller Hi Vladimir, thanks for this! The absence of a direct Clojars link is intentional though. Clojars is already linked from the release info, and I'd prefer folks go through there - where there's extra context for the release, version scheme, etc.
