PanResponder在web端的onPanResponderMove不执行 #278

 根据官方文档，已经将react-native组件的PanResponder兼容，但是项目运行在web端发现这个PanResponder支持有问题，其中onPanResponderGrant和onPanResponderRelease都会执行，可是onPanResponderMove怎么样都不执行，不起作用，请问有人知道这是怎么回事吗？
