Assigning hotkeys like Ctrl+B for H1, H2, H3, lists, etc. #146

Is it possible to add hotkey for the other buttons in the toolbar?

Some of the Ctrl hotkeys are in use by the browser (like Ctrl+1 which would 
be great to create a quick heading), but you may know of a way to override 
this?

What should I do to implement this? Please point me in the right direction.

Requested as well, this is the only thing stopping our project using jwysiwyg 
over
that old clunky editor tinyMCE. There is plenty of reference for keyboard 
shortcuts
on the web.
