Change to Code view

Would like to see the functionality of html/code view changed. Code view should 
should alternate the view in the main content area. It should not be placed 
below 
the main content area. Also changes made in the code view should be saved and 
reflected when toggling the view.

I voted for this issue before I realized that if you click on the HTML button 
again -
to remove the code view - the changes made in the HTML code view are then saved 
to
the formatted content textarea, and thus saved when you submit your form. This
discovery does not change my vote, I think saving should be a lot more straight
forward. But, I wanted to share my workaround that I found.

This patch hids the editor iframe whenever the viewHTML textarea is visible. 
Thus, I
believe, providing the desired effect that jagwarr was looking for.
